GULAB JAMUN


INGRADIENTS

·        Milk Powder                  3 cup
·        All Purpose Flour           1 cup
·        Baking Powder               3 pinch  
·        Milk                                ½ cup
·        Cream                             200 g
·        Oil                                   for fry
·        Sugar                               2 cup
·        Water                               1 ½ cup
·        Cinnamon sticks              3 no.
·        Cloves                              5 no.
·        Cardamom powder          1 tsp
·        Almond Flakes                1 tsp

1.     Take a large bowl
2.     Put All Purpose Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Ghee and Milk into it.
3.     Knead them slowly until they turn as smooth dough. Cover them and keep aside for half an hour.
4.     In a heavy bottom pan add sugar, water, cinnamon stick and boil until syrup ready.
5.     Heat the oil in a pan. Make small balls from the dough with out any cracks.
6.     Put the gulab jamun balls into oil. Cook them until they will turn brown.
7.     Drop the ready gulab jamun into the sugar syrup. Don’t disturb them for few minutes.
8.     Serve the GULAB JAMUN with almond flakes.

Recipe Name  :  BURFI



Ingredients


  • Basin             01 cup

  • Sugar              01 cup

  • Shortening      01 cup

  • Cardamom      4 to 5 pieces

  • Nuts                few

 Note: you can use butter or margarine in place of shortening

HOW TO MAKE BESIN BURF 


1.     Melt shortening in a pan.
2.     Slow down the heat and add cardamom and basin.
3      Stair smoothly, when it starts to give smell and color has changed to brown, take off the heat.
4      Spread it to a container.
5      When it cools down, cut it into any shape (square, diamond, rectangular
